There is also this essay, predicting that J6 was an occasion for the spinning of a Narrative that the Swamp needed to keep control of the politics it held, thanks to the stolen election of the prior November. Plenty was already obvious at the time: https://therealslog.com/2021/01/20/inauguration-day-one-last-hoax-for-the-road/

Did they ever do that electoral recount, which Trump had a right to ask for? The chaos of the planned occupation of the Capitol seems to have had an overriding effect. These are professional anarchist organizations, who plan their strategies well in advance. J6 2024 will be three years, and an election year, as well.

No, nothing like a reasonable recount -- Arizona had a recount that was designed to confirm the original false tally.

Nasty Pelosi and Schmuck Schumer orchestrated the riot by having FBI and CIA operatives in the crowd to start the riot to prevent Trump’s plan to contest the vote of 7 states ensuring Biden's selection to POTUS.

So the FBI and CiA is controlled solely by Congress, not the AG or president? Mike Johnson is therefore controlling it now, right?

Frank, the FBI and CiA are working with some people in Congress to hide the truth about the paedophilia and child/human trafficking that they are all involved with, IMHO.

Frank, the FBI and CiA are Rogue agencies but they will do favors for other organizations that have the same agenda.

You say that as if the violence was caused by Trump supporters! The fact it made no sense for the violence other than to stop Trump from exercising his right to contest the electoral votes should have pointed to some other influence that created the violence! There was plenty of audio and video evidence that pointed to plants and coordinated efforts by the democrats and their radical arms to cause the protest to get violent. Some of it became glaringly obvious because Trump started and ended his speech late. You can even see Pelosi checking her watch every few seconds wondering when the violence would start. Then they jumped the gun, broke into the back of the capitol (not were the protesters were) and before the people who were at Trumps speech made it over to the Capitol. Then they removed barricades and opened the doors to let people in the front and back.

The chaos caused by the capitol occupation was the necessary front that prevented the vote recount in the seven states, and I remember really hoping that Trump would get the recount. This is showing itself more and more like one of those "anarchist-occupy" efforts, like WTO in Seattle in 1999.

So, should Trump be declared by the SCOTUS as immune from prosecution for what occurred on January 6, 2021? We are just days away from what took place three years ago, and both the current, and former POTUS, are in very unenviable positions involving the confidence of the American people. There is no confidence in anything that concerns politics or government, and whoever thinks they work on behalf of the American people is full of shit. What goes around comes around, and just watch the antics on J6 2024.

Expand full comment

Pretty sure the immunity issue is pro forma, only necessary because the Chutkin/Smith circus show trial is over the top.

J6 was a fed-surrection as most intelligent people recognize. Pelosi and her Capitol (and foreign) goons are responsible for what happened that day and since.

Yes, this seems important to indict Pelosi, and yet after three years the entire landscape has changed. GOP has House control, and if Trump is found immune from prosecution, then he is the leading candidate to win, which means civil and criminal trials could see a sitting POTUS have to resign. He needs a good VP.

"Only in America". :)

And Trump did nothing to quell the violence and call the Natuonak guard because … Pelosi didn’t allow him to do it? The POTUS as commander in chief reports to the soeaker of the House?

To me it makes a lot of sense for Trump and his MAGA supporters to stop the certification of the votes as he demanded more investigations before 1/6.

according to you all the 1/6 rioters convicted for violence against police officers aren’t true MAGA, though Trump says they are? Is he lying?

Frank, the law is the law. It appears that you did not bother to read the article because you question, in addition to disregarding plain law, makes no sense. Please read the article.

In any event, a President cannot call up the guard. He or she responds to a request to do so but none ever came. In fact, while Democrats claim otherwise, the overwhelming evidence suggests that Trump offered security and was turned down. In addition, reports show that Pelosi similarly declined increased security. Again, if you read the article, it makes sense.

"Stopping" the certification is not possible. At best, they MIGHT have delayed it. However, if you had read the article, you would understand that the violence, whether caused by peaceful protesters or the Feds, shut down Trump's plan to challenge Biden's certification.

I read the article, but apparently missed the part where you first provide factual proof that FBI and CIA instigated the violence and second the law which forbids the president as commander in chief of the DC NG (or his delegates in the DOD) to activate it. You really believe that the president can’t act on his own but has to wait for a request of other ones, even I plain sight of a catastrophe???

In my view you didn’t provide ANY proof that it wasn’t in Trump (or his followers) interest to instigate the violence, you just say he had other plans. They election was still challegend, therefore your „proof“ doesn’t make sense to me.

As well, I don’t know how „peaceful protestors“ can be called „peaceful“ if they cause or commit violence.

If someone rapes you wife or daughter he is still responsible for it and has to be punished as rapist, regardless of someone else „instigating“ him to do it and telling him it’s ok.

Or do you think he must be innocent if Trump told him to „grab her by the pussy“?

Frank, the article doesn't suggest that the FBI or CIA had a role. Are you sure you read it?

The whole point of the article is that the violence, REGARDLESS of who instigated, WITHIN SECONDS ended Trump's long worked upon plan to challenge Biden's certification at the Electoral College. Thus, it is rational to assume that he did not want violence. Your claim that no "proof" has been provided is false. You are free to continue to believe that this evidence is not sufficient, but continuing to suggest that "none" has been provided is not good faith argument.

Really do not know what to say to someone like you who refuses to accept facts--NO, the President cannot simply send troops to cities. Indeed, the two sides have been trading accusations about security--Trump claims he offered while Democrats claim this is false. Unfortunately, this is the state of our broken system where one side can maintain lies that should be easily debunked with records, but one side gets to claim "national security" and, thus, records that would verify what occurred are "secret." In any event, it is plain that Trump did not want the violence.

The rest of your "comments" are nonsensical and just prove that you are not a good faith actor. Indeed, some of them not only are false, but deluded. For example, Trump never told anyone to "grab" anything. Not really sure why you come into a thread if you do not want to engage in rational thought.

Please do not comment further.

So much nonsense crammed in a fact free article. Trump was commander in chief on J6. You can go on the DC national guard website and it tells you exactly who has the authority and in what order. Trump failed to do his job. The same j6ers arrested for violence openly planned and talked about it on social media for weeks before it happened. They came to Washington ready to storm the capital. The idiots then live streamed their crimes. You can't then turn around and say their was Dems planted in the crowd causing it. THEY OPENLY PLANNED AND TALKED ABOUT IT. If anyone is to blame it's Trump. He lied about the election and stirred up the anger. He called everyone to Washington and sent them to the Capitol. Then he sat back and watched cops being beat and lives destroyed. He watched and did nothing for hours. The only reason he wanted it to go back to the states was because he had already set up slates of fake electors to replace the real ones. All of this happened because Trump couldn't accept that he lost. He's a selfish POS that deserves to spend life in prison!

Thank you for this excellent and thorough analysis. I knew from the moment it started that #J6 was a Democrat op. I remember running up the stairs in my house the moment the alarms went off in Congress and shrieking at my family, "The Democrats are pulling some fake bomb threat or whatever to stop the presentation of the fraud evidence!" I cried all day, because I knew they were going to get away with their stolen election. Finally, three years later on this #J6 anniversary, I have some hope that the blind in America are starting to see the truth.

Really? You didn’t believe the Republican narrative that it was just „ a regular tourist visit“? Or an antifa false flag operation? You have to choose from many theories but can’t explain why Trump did nothing for three hours to call back his supporters. Do you really support a candidate who sees himself as „victim“, not „leader“ and doesn’t take responsibility for anything ?

Frank, the notion that Trump did nothing is FALSE. Besides the fact that a President must first wait for requests, recent events have proven that General Milley and others were speaking with Pelosi and others and NOT TRUMP during this time period. Indeed, a video recently emerged of Pelosi admitting that the security lapse was hers.

REGARDLESS, your claims that Trump did nothing misses the point of the article that you likely did not read. The point is that why would Trump want violence when violence stopped his months long plan to challenge Biden at the Electoral College.

Put simply:

Trump's plan starts, second later DUE TO THE VIOLENCE, Pelosi moves to stop the certification DUE TO THE VIOLENCE. When order is restored hours later, those that were to carry out Trump's plan decided to move on. Biden is certified.

Now you can claim all you want that the violence was Trump's fault or that he instigated it. However, such claims logically are severally undercut by the fact that the violence ended his OWN plan.

Expand full comment

You are really arguing as a „fact“ that if America is being attacked the commander in chief has to wait for s request ( by whom? His boss Putin?) to respond? Did bush had to wait for a request on 9/11?

Pelosi called Milley and others, not the other way around, and yes, she admitted it was a mistake not to prepare better.

But what did Trump personally? He sent his supporters from the ellipse to the Capitol (which wasn’t planned or announced publicly before), knowing they were armed, but „not here to harm me“ and only called it off three hours later after the national guard was there and he knew he failed again.

We know not only recently that republicans called or wrote meadows, Ivanka and junior trying to reach Trump and persuading him to call his supporters away from the Capitol.

YOU argue that Trump didn’t want violence, I remind you that the told the proud boys to „stand back and stand by“.

Some republicans challenged the electoral college anyways, it’s simply a LIE that the violence ended his plan, which was a Hail Mary even before. Some of the alternate electors have been Indicted, By the way due to their attempted fraud

Sure, you addressed them by referring „plain law“ which you either misunderstood or reinterpreted in a wrong way

Yep, clearly not arguing in good faith, as GreatAmericanMail said. When you're spewing lies like the march to the Capitol wasn't announced publicly ahead of time (🤦‍♀️) and that the people were armed, we know you're being paid to be here. [One guy--ONE--out of tens of thousands had a real weapon (not a flag), and he never went in the building. And they tricked his own son into ratting him out, so they could send him to prison for 7 years.]

I didnt refer to the „one guy“ who was caught with a firearm but those for whom Trump ordered to remove the metal detector because „they are not here to hurt me“.

What about the weapons depot of the proud boys?

And you didn’t address why bush or Guilani didn’t have to wait for a „request“ before sending first responders on 9/11?

Which Trump apparently had waited for, since he was proud it made his building the highest in lower Manhattab.

Another tidbit nobody talks about is story I read about previous to those election plans they were in Congress for whatever, I forget but Trumpers were outside cheering for Trump & they could be heard inside & it was noted, ‘We hear you!’ So on with the plans to show his support on J6 but especially inside the Certification Ceremony to bolster their move.

No violence was on the radar. We know now that’s why the Left sent in their foot soldiers Antifa to ‘Fk shxt up!’ & staged the Pelosi/Schumer call like she’s saving the day calling in NG that they refused for Trump. 😵‍💫
